Refunds are only available for quarterly subscriptions if canceled within the first 14 days of purchase. Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable, but you can cancel at any time to prevent further charges.
To request a refund, log into your emp.ai account, navigate to Billing & Payments, and submit a refund request. Our team will review your request and process eligible refunds within 7-10 business days.
You will retain access to your emp.ai data for 30 days after cancellation. After this period, your data may be permanently deleted according to our data retention policy. You can export your data before cancellation to keep a backup.
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your subscription at any time. The changes will take effect at the start of the next billing cycle, and any balance adjustments will be automatically applied.
