What are the available billing cycles for emp.ai?

emp.ai offers two billing cycles: monthly and quarterly. Users can choose the plan that best fits their needs. Quarterly subscriptions offer cost savings compared to the monthly plan.

What payment methods does emp.ai accept?

emp.ai accepts a variety of payment methods, including credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX), PayPal, and direct bank transfers. We are also working on integrating cryptocurrency payments for added flexibility.

Will I receive an invoice after making a payment?

Yes, all payments generate an automated invoice, which is sent to your registered email address. You can also access and download past invoices from the Billing & Payments section in your emp.ai account.

Are there any hidden fees or additional charges?

No, emp.ai operates on a transparent pricing model. The total cost, including any applicable taxes, is clearly displayed before completing a transaction. There are no hidden fees, and users will only be charged based on their selected plan.

What happens if a payment fails?

If a payment fails due to insufficient funds or an expired card, emp.ai will automatically retry the transaction up to three times. You will be notified via email with instructions on how to update your payment details to avoid service interruptions.
